Prohibition Orders
The following Order of Prohibition has been issued by the Commissioner of Finance:
Bouse - Order of Prohibition issued against Rick W. Bouse, prohibiting him from participating in any manner in the conduct of the affairs of any bank, savings, or trust institution supervised by the Director of the Division of Finance, effective June 12, 2006.
Lane - Order of Prohibition issued against Perry D. Lane, prohibiting him from participating in any manner in the conduct of the affairs of any bank, savings, or trust institution supervised by the Director of the Division of Finance, effective October 18, 2006.
